Window Media Player encountered


  • When you play songs in Window Media Player and it alert message as like "Window Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file." So I would like to show some solution as like below.
  • Solution:
               - Go to Start -> Right Click on Computer -> Click Manage -> Click on Device Manager
               - See on the right site click on Sound, video and game controllers -> on Realtek High Definition               Audio right click to disable and than enable it back. (Please find the picture as like below)
